Launch of Roseville Energy Action Plan

Launch of Roseville Energy Action Plan

Roseville’s Energy Action Plan, designed by Roseville residents and businesses in collaboration with Xcel Energy, provides immediate opportunities to improve energy efficiency and charts a course for a greener, cleaner future. We have a goal to avoid 9,600 MTCO2e by the end of 2022, which is equivalent to removing over 2,000 passenger vehicles from the road for a year. We want to help businesses contribute to Roseville’s energy goals with the support of programs that will help improve business energy performance, save money, and possibly improve the comfort of your space, all while reducing your impact on the environment. We hope you take advantage of these programs: If you are a small business, sign up for a FREE assessment to learn how your business uses energy and how to improve your energy efficiency. Minnesota Chamber of Commerce’s Energy Smart program provides free whole-building audits to help you identify energy-saving opportunities and determine when to invest in new, efficient equipment.

Get started by visiting mnchamber.com/energy-smart. If you are a large business customer or don’t know where to start, take Xcel Energy’s Energy Assessment Match questionnaire to find the assessment best for you. Visit xcelenergy.com/Business to get started.
