Guests can walk the track\, do some cardio or get in a weight workout during the open house. \n \n Kids can enjoy fun activities in the gymnasium from 10:00 am-2:00 pm\, including a May Day craft\, as part of the Eagles Nest daily admission. \n \n Talk to a personal trainer from 10:00 - noon and again from 6:00 pm-8:00 pm\n \n Pick up a schedule at the event to sample group fitness classes for free beginning May 1 through May 20.\n\n*Enroll as a member during our May Day open house and receive $25 off your new membership!
