Penny Pinchers Thrift Store serves as a work and life skills training program for youth ages 13-17 who have had few or no positive work experiences.  Many of these youth are also struggling with learning disabilities\, emotional disorders and other difficulties.  Penny Pinchers is moving to a new retail location within Mounds View Square.
