10th Annual Health & Fitness Expo
You're invited! This year, we celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the Health and Fitness Expo, sponsored by New Brighton Parks and Recreation. People who live, work and play within the community or beyond can explore new health and fitness options. This event is free, and includes: more than 50 exhibitors for expert wellness advice, access to the New Brighton Community Center Fitness Center (18+), group fitness class trials and $5 off registration, personal training advice, plus 50% off orientations or 10% off services purchased, pickleball demonstrations, mini-seminars, wellness products for purchase, refreshments, prizes and much, much more!
