Blois Olson:  Blois founded his first agency at age 26 and built it to be one of the most respected at integrating technology to maximize public relations and public affairs campaigns in the country. He sold the firm and left the political publishing business in 2008. Since 2008 he served as EVP and Principal at Tunheim. He still serves of counsel to Tunheim and their clients.
 
  In 2012, he founded Fluence Media in the belief that the silos of marketing and media have crashed. Fluence provides clients with high-level media and communications strategy, data visualization and insights, content creation and distribution, and marketing.
 
Recognized as a “Top Marketer” by Minnesota Business magazine, and named one of “200 Minnesotan’s You Should Know” by Twin Cities Businessmagazine in 2011, Olson stays connected with clients, the media and business leaders offering counsel, strategy, foresight and perspective on numerous market and political issues. He regularly speaks on topics of political volatility, media change and social media strategies.
   
 
 Noah Rouen: Noah Rouen is the founder and president of The Rouen Group. Rouen utilizes creativity and a forward thinking approach to help achieve his clients communications needs.
 
He brings skills in media relations, advocacy, grassroots communications and issue advertising, to create  effective campaigns. Throughout his career Rouen has worked for some of the biggest names in business and politics. Political leaders and CEOs trust Rouen and his team to manage their communications and position them and their companies positively with their  customers, shareholders and the general public.
 
Prior to starting the Rouen Group, Noah served as  Senior Vice President at Public Affairs Company. During his tenure there, the company grew to one of Minnesota’s largest Public Relations agencies.  Rouen helped oversee the firms growth while managing some of the their largest clients.
