These clinics, run by Ted Landwehr of Landwehr Law Offices, will be open on the third Wednesday of each month. They will be 1.5 hour sessions on various topics affecting businesses. Topics include:

*The 'how to' of hiring & firing
*Contract issues
*Succession planning
*Intellectual property & licensing
*Collecting debts
