The Twin Cities North Chamber will be hosting a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Biffs Billiards Sports Bar & Grill in Spring Lake Park on Wednesday, November 14 at 4:30 p.m. Biff’s has recently been purchased by a new owner and will be celebrating their Grand Opening at the event. Please stop out at the ribbon cutting to welcome Biff’s and it’s new owner, Dean Bradley, to the Chamber.
