- Non-member (18+) access to the NBCC fitness center
- Drop in to group fitness classes for free, and receive a $5 off coupon to register for the current session
- Express: Functional Fit - 6:00-6:30 am
- Express: Myofascial Release - 6:35-7:05 am
- Sunrise Yoga - 7:15-8:15 am
- Stretch & Tone - 9:00-10:15 am (geared towards 55+)
- SilverSneakers Classic - 4:45-5:45 pm (geared towards 55+)
- Express: Core - 5:30-6:15 pm
- Zumba - 6:00-7:00 pm
- Mat Pilates - 6:15-7:15 pm
- Enroll as a new member and receive a $20 discount
- Meet a personal trainer to get fitness advice and a 10% off coupon. Meet with Jeanne Minder from 1:00-4:00 pm and Tim Mann from 7:30-8:30 pm
- From 9:00 am-6:00 pm recieve $1 off Eagles Nest Indoor Playground admission
- Free refreshments as a token of our thanks (until supplies last)
- Register for prizes (personal training gift certificate, duffle bag filled with fitness goodies, etc.)
