Thrive! Senior Expo
As part of National Senior Center Month, New Brighton Parks and Recreation is hosting their second annual senior expo. Thrive! focuses on helping seniors age well as they live and thrive in their community. Join us for an afternoon filled with exhibitors and informative breakout sessions (including a panel on long term care planning). Also included are health assessments, a Pickleball demonstration, door prizes and light refreshments. This is a free event.
