8th Annual Health & Fitness Expo
The New Brighton Parks and Recreation Department will host the 8th Annual Health & Fitness Expo on Saturday, January 12 from 9:30 am-1:30 pm at the New Brighton Community Center. This free event includes expert health and fitness vendors eager to share their knowledge and passion for total health in life.
The event will also include:
- Free access to the New Brighton Community Center Fitness Center (adults 18+)
- Sample group fitness classes
- Personal training advice
- Kid friendly activities, including an inflatable jumper and $1 off Eagles Nest Indoor Playground admission
- Door prizes and refreshments
- Over 40 vendors and their motivating products and services
- A $25 discount on memberships at the New Brighton Community Center Fitness Center
