9th Annual Health & Fitness Expo

New Brighton Parks and Recreation will host the 9th Annual Health & Fitness Expo on Saturday, January 11 from 9:30am to 1:30pm at the New Brighton Community Center. This free event includes expert health and fitness exhibitors eager to share their knowledge and passion for total health in life. The event will include more than 40 health and wellness vendors, sample group fitness classes, personal trainers on hand, kid friendly activities, door prizes and refreshments, as well as a $20 new fitness membership enrollment special.
