The TCN Chamber has launched a new initiative for manufacturers in our footprint. This project engages manufacturers, stakeholders, and county/city governments to identify and work on creating a better environment where manufacturers can thrive in our communities. We found that three key areas include: 10 worker training, 2) worker recruitment, and resources locally that can benefit manufacturers.
