Operation Backpack! - Support students in your community.
This event plans to support your local community! Each year, thousands of kids go back to school without the supplies they need. In partnership with the Volunteers of America, Operation Backpack is an annual drive to collect new backpacks filled with school supplies for at-risk, low-income children. Please bring a backpack filled with supplies to the event to help a child in your community!
Featured Speaker Bio - KT Jonas
Senior Training Consultant- Team Lead Metro West
KT is originally from the Pumpkin Capitol of the World, Morton, Illinois and found her way up to the Twin Cities to finish school at the University of St. Thomas with a degree in Marketing Management. She has been with Dale Carnegie since January 2005 and was named Top Rookie of the Year North America for 2007.
As a Training Consultant and Trainer, KT most enjoys working with Twin Cities’ organizations to become more productive and profitable by assisting their people in becoming better communicators, sales people, presenters and leaders.
KT is currently pursuing her Masters in Change Leadership at the University of St. Thomas. She’s a member of the Rotary Club of Plymouth, actively involved with the TwinWest Chamber of Commerce and most enjoyably spends many of her "off" hours singing at the Basilica of St. Mary in Minneapolis.
