Legal Clinic: 'Starting a Business in Minnesota'
The clinic, run by Alden Pearson, P.A., will be open on the first Tuesday of each month. It will begin with an open session on starting a business in Minnesota. Topics will include:
*Which legal entity is right for me?
*What's the difference between a strategic plan and a business plan?
*What are the 6 systems every business needs to succeed?
Following the opening session, private appointments will be available for up to 1/2 hour with small business owners. You do not need to attend the open session to schedule a private appointment. Appointment times are limited and will be filled on a first-come first-served basis.
Call the chamber office to reserve a time (763-571-9781). Walk-ins will only be taken if time allows.
